| Job Information | Victim Services Program Director position available at Pima County Attorney’s Office The Pima County Attorney’s Office located in Tucson, Arizona is seeking an innovative, dynamic leader to direct its internationally acclaimed Victim Services Program. This is an unclassified position, not subject to the Pima County Merit System Rules. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in criminal justice or related field. Broad range of management experience including strong communication skills, excellent public speaking and training skills, expertise in goal and policy setting, able to design innovative programs. Proven leadership ability and vision. Enthusiastic appreciation for community collaborations and community outreach activities. Ability to collaborate with a myriad of agencies and groups, ability to serve as a significant representative on boards and committees and knowledge of the legislative process. Experience in the victim assistance field and knowledge of the Criminal Justice System desired. Salary commensurate with qualifications. The Pima County Attorney’s Office requires a thorough background check of the successful candidate.
