Provides leadership of the Advocacy Center including setting a strategic vision that meets the needs of the community and establishes Childhelp as a leader in Child Abuse and Neglect and Advocacy Services, oversight of operations, development and supervision of employees, and facilitating and ensuring effective collaboration with Advocacy Center Partners.
The Director is responsible for ensuring that services including individual, sibling, and family counseling, facilitation of psychoeducational groups, education, family support, court support, and child advocacy to child victims and their non-offending family members in a culturally sensitive manner are offered and makes every effort to ensure that services are not financially prohibitive.
This positions has supervisory direct reports who oversee supervisor and individual contributor roles.
