Webinar – Let’s Get Connected: Reaching Rural Sexual Violence Survivors through Social Media

Social media has become a part of many survivors’ daily lives and is often used to learn about services. In this two-hour webinar, we will provide a basic outline of how to utilize social media to do outreach, specifically in rural communities. Attendees will:

• Identify key components of an outreach strategy
• Discuss outreach techniques for various populations
• Analyze different trends and social events that could impact outreach and
• Develop a mock outreach strategy
