Virtual: Hour of Power – Advocates Supporting Advocates

Details: We are getting ready to have our second Hour of Power meetings! As a reminder: the Hour of Power is an hour long confidential space for (case managers, victim’s assistance, and victim advocates) to explore self-care, professional development, and emotional support. To honor the boundaries set in this space, we are asking that only frontline staff attend these meetings. The topic for the next meeting two meetings is: Challenges in doing this work. In the future we hope to do two groups a month, but for now we will only have one day time group in June, and one night time group in July. For both meetings we will be discussing challenges in doing this work, so please attend either of the two meetings that works best for your schedule.
