Understanding the Needs of Male Survivors: Providing Support and Empowerment

This four hour training will address the complex, and often misunderstood dynamics of being a male survivor of sexual or domestic violence, and the unique challenges and pressures faced by this population. We will focus on myths surrounding male victimization, distinguishing features between male and female survivors, and discuss how to effectively assess your own programs and services to ensure inclusivity.
