The Neurobiology of Trauma

We are pleased to announce that Dr. David Lisak, Ph.D., will present on The Neurobiology of Trauma. Dr. Lisak is a researcher and forensic consultant who for 30+ years has studied the causes and consequences of interpersonal violence. He serves as a consultant to judicial, prosecutor and law enforcement education programs across the country, and is a frequent expert witness in homicide and sexual assault cases. This training is designed for a multidisciplinary audience of criminal justice practitioners, including prosecutors, law enforcement, and victim advocates. There is no registration fee for this training. This presentation may qualify for up to 6.0 hours of CLE credit, in addition to AZPOST credit. Please note: A limited number of travel expense scholarships are available to people attending the training from outside of Maricopa County.
