Sexual Violence Training for Rural Community Health Workers/Promotoras

This one-day workshop provides a framework for Community Health Workers (CHWs) to be part of the solution in responding to sexual violence in their communities. This training will
provide a general overview of sexual violence, prepare CHWs to provide appropriate support to survivors of sexual violence, and provide CHWs with practical strategies, tools and resources to assist them in their role to address sexual violence.

This training is primarily intended for Community Health Workers, Promotoras and Community Health Representatives. It will replicate an in-person learning environment, including activities and breakout rooms.
