Non-Stranger Sexual Assault Response & Investigation/Identifying Sex Offenders: Tools for Interview & Interrogation

Free two-day training provided by the Oregon Attorney General’s Sexual Assault Task Force, in partnership with the Arizona Coalition to End Sexual and Domestic Violence.
The Non-Stranger Sexual Assault Response and Investigation training provides basic and intermediate information on sexual assault dynamics, law enforcement response, preliminary investigation, trauma-informed victim interviewing, and evidence collection and use. This training develops officers’ core skills and knowledge related to sexual assault response and investigation. Identifying Sex Offenders: Tools for Interview and Interrogation provides law enforcement with current research on sex offender typologies within the context of identifying the most effective strategies for suspect interviewing and investigation.
This training is approved for 15 hours of CEUs through AZPOST.
